Tradition… And Songs

Tradition from the Fiddler On The Roof musical is one of my many mantras.  I have songs for every occasion:  songs for hope; songs for sorrow; songs for motivation.

When I broke my ankle in 1995 and had to learn to overcome my fear, I spent a lot of time listening… and later dancing to Get Over It.  When I first began my scriptwriting journey and felt like I would never be good enough — let alone successful — my song was Hold On Tight To Your Dreams

Now here we are in 2011, and I’m on a new adventure path after getting 4 shots in my right eye for macular degeneration.  As the song and title says:The Future’s So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades and my stage debut is February 11, 2011.  I’m nervous, but like I sing and always say I Gotta Be Me
