Absorbing The Strip

I must return to The Strip again
To absorb the sights and sounds
Neon luminescence floods the eyes
As crowds amble all around

Day and night the neon shines
As do all the gawkers
Flashes blind the eyes
As the hoard stops short
To capture another memory

For The Strip is a place
Of pipe dreams and fleeting fancies
If The Gambling Fever grabs you

And lastly, The Stratosphere Hotel Casino and an elite shopping mall that reminds me of The Enterprise. (Beam me up Scotty! I’m ready to shop!)
