Thank You Uncle Sam

I often think about why I write, and sometimes I’m reminded of the feeling of accomplishment I get when I share with you. Sometimes I just vent; other times I share my joy and frustration. Well today I share the happy news that I’m going to Las Vegas after Salt Lake City’s Comic Con and that I’ve got money to spend because the wonderful IRS agreed with my 2013 tax return! Oh happy day; I’m on my way… eventually.

There will be a film festival running in conjunction with the comic con so I’m also thinking about creating a Star Wars tribute. If others can, why not I? Right? I’ll keep y’all posted. Meanwhile I’m learning how to use my I-phone for videos, etc so I don’t have to fly with my laptop. Onward, as Star Wars’ music plays in head…

  1. Have a great time. I wish I could be as elated with Uncle Sam. He just likes to take my money and then demands more! 🙂

I wish Uncle Sam would give me some money. What? I have to make money first? How come my person doesn’t let me get a job?

Some days I feel that way too, but look on the bright side: you get dog chow and long walks and sometimes even people food and all you have to do is be yourself. Now I call that living!

So glad something is finally going your way! Ooh, ooh, can I be in your cast for the Star Wars tribute. What I lack in acting experience, I make up for in motivation.
