Haikus In Space

Space the final frontier.

This is the voyage of the MAVEN spacecraft

to explore Mars

and take Human words along with it…

Just wanted to get your attention before I post the haikus I didn’t send to NASA.

Red planet awaits

for Man’s inspection and awe

To Infinity?  No Mars.

Words shoot into space

Becoming Universe‘s parts

Will Mars know or care?

Red dusty planet

may someday have words on it.

If MAVEN arrives.

MAVEN’s departure

assures words in outer space

on their way to Mars

Immortality awaits

if your haiku is chosen

to go into space.

Good luck.
