Turkey Squabbles

In honor of Thanksgiving…

It’s my kitchen

so do it my way!

Never mind that you’ve gone to

a culinary academy

Never mind that you said

Today is my day to rest.

I’ll be looking

over your shoulder

to ensure you do it

Properly

Because it’s My Kitchen

And I want it done right!

  1. Have to confess, I’m a little protective of my kitchen space. Oops.. 🙂

There’s nothing wrong with that, but being a Drama Queen and bitching when someone else is cooking is frowned upon by Miss Manners and countless others. And if it is that bothersome then you should never agree to let anyone else cook. Under different circumstances it would have made a great comedy skit. Regards, A new Ozark AL resident.
