Necessity

Stifled tears disrupt my day

I know not why

There was once a time I could not cry

No matter what I  did

But those days are now forever gone

Replaced by sobs and tears

And purses stuffed with toilet paper

Because tissues cost too much

And napkins cluttered here and there

In case of

Necessity

For Necessity is such a snake

Slithering through Life

That one often overlooks the implications

Of its well needed respite
