Boy oh boy, what I could accomplish if I really were a witch. The first thing I would do would be CALM myself down! I know you think that sounds silly, but I’m preparing to embark on the adventure of stepping out on the stage in front of a live audience.
I now understand why this is so addictive — the adrenelin rush… But, all the stress causes me is anxiety. Whenever I get really nervous with the sickly tight feeling in my gut, I breathe slow, deep breaths which is not conducive to good stage acting. So far it seems to be working, but somehow Friday me thinks I better have another solution because I’m sorely going to need it since friends and family will be watching me “break a leg!”
