Holiday Reflections

Tinsel on the tree, but how to do it —

Haphazardly throw it high or

Gingerly lay it atop the branches and …

Let it trickle down

Like ice cycles to the ground.

And what of the lights?

Wrap the strings around and

Around and around;

Or just fill in with the tinsel

And the popcorn strings.

Oh such fun and memories —

Such happy times abound.

Turkey anyone?
